We used to come here on a regular basis, and Maggie always took great care of us. We came tonight and found that Maggie no longer works here, and the service has definitely gone downhill. I guess maybe we were spoiled by Maggie, and I wish that she were still here. These young waitresses don't seem to care. They would rather stand together and talk than take care of their tables.

Hubby & I have eaten in the restaurant and order take out often. The food is always fantastic & service is great. The salsa is fresh & flavorful! Chips are crisp and not full of oil. Hubby usually gets the stuffed avocado with beef or chicken. He loves it! I get the Mi Favorito Molcajete. WOW! I HATE the see these bad reviews. I vehemently encourage you to go in and try it for yourself. If I wouldn't have eaten here before the reviews I probably wouldn't try it. PLEASE DO! YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Judge for yourself. In this day & age people are becoming so hateful. Ignore others & TRY IT! We ordered takeout today. My phone disconnected the call 4 times and the gal on the phone was extremely understanding! Our food was spot on as always. This mom & pop restaurant deserves our hometown support!

We dined in on a Monday around 2. Service was friendly. Food was fresh and very good. Drinks were good. The only thing I could recommend is better napkins and more water fill ups. Will be back and will recommend.
